Return Policy

We understand that changes may occur during the shopping process, and there may be instances where you change your mind or the purchased item does not meet expectations. Therefore, we have established a return policy for all products purchased from our store, including online transactions. You have the right to return the item within 5 business days of delivery for any of the specified reasons, but it must meet the conditions outlined in our return center.

  •  Please submit a return or exchange request within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original purchase condition, not assembled or partially assembled.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • We strongly recommend returning all items in their original product packaging, with packaging unmarked and undamaged in any way. A 10% additional repackaging fee will be applied to returned items without the original packaging.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a comprehensive review. The item should match the written or photographic documentation of its condition provided during the return request. Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.
  • Cancellation or modification of orders will be considered equivalent to a return application.

Exchange Policy

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items marked as "Clearance" or specified as "Final Sale."
  • Floor stock items.
  • Commercial orders.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: Coffee & Tea Sets, Glassware, Plates & Bowls, Mirrors.

About Costs

  • Return Fee: Returns initiated due to a change of mind will incur a 30% restocking fee to cover administrative costs and handling and cancellation expenses. The refund for change of mind returns will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
  • Exchange Fee: If you wish to exchange an item, we accept exchanges for the same item in a different color. However, please note that shipping costs will be borne by the user, and an additional 5% service fee will be applied.
  • We do not offer exchanges for different styles. If you wish to switch to a different style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order. Please follow the previously mentioned return policy in such cases and contact our customer service for assistance if needed.
  • Change of Mind for Pre-sale Item: If customers wish to cancel the order before the scheduled dispatch date, a 5% stock-reserving fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Warranty

  • All products are covered by a one-year warranty. If there is a manufacturer's fault, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We are willing to offer an exchange or replace the faulty part.
  • Items damaged during shipment will be replaced. Please sign "Receive as Damaged" on the consignment note so that we can file a claim with the courier company.
  • use, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disasters, or other external causes. It also does not cover damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by us to provide service (excluding standard periodic maintenance).

  • If items have been shipped back to us but are assessed as non-manufacturer faults, we will support and discuss with you based on the actual problems. In this case, if you wish to cancel the order and claim a refund, please refer to the "Change of Mind Returns" section of our Return Policy. Fees may apply based on different conditions.
  • This warranty policy is only valid for the product's home use. If you intend to use the product for commercial purposes, this warranty is not applicable. Please contact us for more options of commercial models and advice on related warranty policies.
